We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our team. Openings are available for a full-time benefited position in our memory care community in the evenings, 2:30 pm-11 pm.

Job Description:
As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and ensure residents receive respectful, high-quality care. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting residents’ dignity and independence.
Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Follow all community policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to pass a background check.
