We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our team. Openings are available for a full-time benefited position in our memory care community in the evenings, 2:30 pm-11 pm.
Job Description:
As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and ensure residents receive respectful, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting residents’ dignity and independence.
- Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Follow all community policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

The Converse Home is a private nonprofit senior community. Our assisted living and memory care community is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the southern end of Burlington. We have beautifully landscaped grounds that include large flower and vegetable gardens, a gazebo and many areas for our residents to enjoy being outside.
