Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness and a strong work ethic. As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the kitchen's hygiene standards, ensuring all dishes and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.
Every weekend Saturday and Sunday mornings 8 am-12 pm.

As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the kitchen's hygiene standards, ensuring all dishes and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.
Every weekend Saturday and Sunday mornings 8 am-12 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as required.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Dispose of waste and recycle materials properly.
- Assist kitchen staff with other tasks as needed to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.

The Converse Home is a private nonprofit senior community. Our assisted living and memory care community is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the southern end of Burlington. We have beautifully landscaped grounds that include large flower and vegetable gardens, a gazebo and many areas for our residents to enjoy being outside.
