Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Current LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented, patient-centered, and compassionate approach to care.

The Converse Home is a private nonprofit senior community. Our assisted living and memory care community is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the southern end of Burlington. We have beautifully landscaped grounds that include large flower and vegetable gardens, a gazebo and many areas for our residents to enjoy being outside.
