Join Our Team as a Per Diem Dining Room Server:

The Converse Home is a warm and welcoming assisted living community in downtown Burlington, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Our mission is to create a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment where residents can truly thrive.

We’re looking for an experienced dining room server to join our dining team in a flexible per diem role. You’ll pick up shifts as they open up, covering for team members who are out or on leave.

We’re especially interested in candidates who are available on holidays and during school breaks, when our college students are away. If you’re looking for flexible hours and enjoy being part of a welcoming team, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details:

Serve meals in a professional, caring manner to residents and guests.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen service areas.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent dining experience. Ensuring servers are prepared for meal service.
Bring a positive attitude and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Support servers in responding to resident requests, questions, and/or complaints.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekend availability.
